KID'S ROCK CLIMBING CLASSES

The Gravity Vault offers basic training classes that are available on a weekly basis. These supervised sessions will cover top roping, traversing, bouldering, knots, climbing commands, safety procedures, and proper technique. Our staff has put together a curriculum that will foster physical fitness and critical thinking in a fun, encouraging environment.

Summer Classes

AGES 5-6: Little Rockers
AGES 7-13: Cliff Hangers, Summer Rocks, After School Rocks II
AGES 10-13: Climb On
AGES 14+: Belay Certification; Lead Climb Certification Class

Did you miss the first class? Just looking to try a class out? Then join the current session for only $40 per class! Call for details and class availability.

All sessions include a seventh make-up class if a student misses one of the regularly scheduled classes.

Little Rockers

AGES: 5-6

WHEN: Sundays 10:00-11:00 am (1 hour)

SUMMER DATES: August 1 - September 5

FALL DATES: September 12-October 17

WINTER DATES: October 31-December 5

COST: $199 for a 6 week session

This class is a great place for our youngest climbers to develop self awareness, problem solving skills, and basic climbing techniques.

Cliff Hangers

AGES: 7-13

WHEN: Sundays 11:00 - 12:30pm (1 hour 30 minutes)

SUMMER DATES: August 1 - September 5

FALL DATES: September 12-October 17

WINTER DATES: October 31-December 5

COST: $199 for a 6 week session

Found that you love to climb and can't get enough? Cliff Hangers uses games, activities and training to introduce participants to safe climbing practices.

After School Rocks- NON SUMMER CLASS

AGES: 7-13
WHEN: Mondays 4:00-5:30 pm (1 hour 30 minutes)

FALL DATES: September 13-October 18

WINTER DATES: November 1-December 6

COST: $199 for a 6 week session

If you’ve climbed at a fair, been to a climbing birthday party or have no experience at all; this class is just for you!

Rock Stars- NON SUMMER CLASS

AGES: 9-13
WHEN: Mondays 6:00-7:30 pm (1 hour 30 minutes)

FALL DATES: September 13-October 18

WINTER DATES: November 1-December 6

COST: $199 for a 6 week session

This is a great opportunity to take climbing to the next level! This class is for those who have some rock climbing experience.

SUMMER ROCKS

AGES: 7-13
WHEN: Wednesdays 4:00-5:30 pm (1 hour 30 minutes)

COST: $199 for a 6 week session

Climb On

Do you want to get your kids active? Tired of sitting in front of the TV or playing video games? Bring them to Climb On and get them moving and having fun!

 Additional Information

Harnesses are provided for all participants. Children are required to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. Participants can bring a snack and/or water bottle or some pocket money to purchase snacks/beverages at The Gravity Vault.

Each participant under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian, according to our waiver guidelines.
