This class incorporates climbing as part of an overall fitness routine. It introduces women to the sport, technique and excitement of climbing in a safe and supportive environment.

Experience: All fitness and experience levels will benefit, no prior experience is necessary. Schedule: 1 class each week for 4-6 week long sessions. All necessary gear included!
